First Time Use

Software Installation Steps

  1. Download AUTOS Software: Go to the official AUTOS website to download the latest version of the installation file.
  2. Extract the File: Once the download is complete, extract the compressed file to obtain the installation program.
  3. Run the Installer: Open the extracted folder and double-click on the Setup.exe file to begin installation.
  4. Follow the Installation Wizard: In the installation wizard, click "Next," choose the installation path (you can use the default option), and confirm to begin installation. Wait for the installation to complete.

Setup and Initialization

  1. Log in to LINE Account: Make sure the LINE desktop version is installed on your computer. Launch LINE and log in to your account.
  2. Launch AUTOS Software: Once installation is complete, start the AUTOS application to access the main interface.
  3. Set Up Bulk Message Content:
    • Click on the "Image Text Library" tab in the AUTOS interface.
    • Click the Add Message button and enter the text message you want to send.
    • To send images or files, click Add Image and select the content you want to send.
    • Save the content for later use in bulk messaging.

Basic Operations for Automatic Bulk Messaging

  1. Create a Bulk Messaging Combination:

    • Switch to the "Automatic Bulk Messaging" tab in the AUTOS software.
    • Click the Add button to create a new bulk messaging combination.
    • In the pop-up field, select the text or image content you just added.
  2. Prepare for Sending:

    • Click the Execute LINE Message Sending button in the AUTOS interface.
    • Switch to LINE desktop, and select the first friend in the friend list to send the bulk message to.
  3. Start Bulk Sending:

    • Go back to the AUTOS software, and enter the number of friends in the "Number of Friends" field.
    • After confirming the information, click the Start button.
    • AUTOS will automatically start sending the pre-configured message content to the specified number of friends, beginning from the selected first friend.

Workflow

  1. Open AUTOS and enter the message.
  2. Open LINE Desktop version.
  3. Click on the first LINE friend.
  4. Enter the number of friends and start sending.

Installation

Installation Environment Requirements

This software must be installed on a personal computer running Microsoft Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system.

System Requirements

The software must be installed on a computer running Microsoft Windows 10/11 64-bit operating system, with the following configuration recommended:

  1. Processor: Intel Core i5 or higher
  2. Memory: 16GB RAM or more
  3. Hard Disk Space: At least 500GB SATA III hard drive
  4. Display: 1920x1080 pixel resolution or higher

If you're unsure whether your computer meets these specifications, you can first install the free version for testing. As long as the free version runs smoothly, the professional version will also perform well.

Install the Software

After downloading the AUTOS software, extract the compressed file and begin installation.

  1. Go to the folder and click the Setup.exe executable file.
  2. The AUTOS Installation Wizard will open; click "Next."
  3. Choose the AUTOS installation folder, which is set by default to C:\Program Files(x86)\autoS\autoS\. After selecting, click "Next."
  4. Confirm the installation and click "Next" to begin installing the AUTOS software.
  5. Once the installation is complete, click "Close."

Execute Program

Click on Start, then select All Programs, and you can find the shortcut for the autoS program under autoS.


Execution Steps

For first-time execution of AUTOS, follow these 4 steps:

  1. Click on Image and Text Library, then click on Add Message or Add Image to add text or images.
  2. Click on Auto Mass Send, and in the message combination section below, click Add. In the < Select > field, left-click to choose whether to add text or image.
  3. After adding, click on Execute LINE Message Sending, then log in to the desktop version of LINE. On the LINE main screen, click on the first friend you wish to send the message to in bulk.
  4. Click the Start button at the bottom of the AUTOS main program, and you will see AUTOS begin auto-sending messages.

Environment Settings

Text Application and Item Size

  • For Windows 10 users, please click Start, select Settings, then click System, and set Change the size of text, apps, and other items to 100%.
  • For Windows 11 users, please click Start, select Settings, then click Display under System, and set the Scale to 100%.

Other Applications and Scheduling Settings

To avoid interruptions caused by programs, please turn off background scheduled tasks in Windows, such as disk defragmentation, scheduled virus scans, hardware checks, Windows or other software auto-updates, etc.


Auto Bulk Sending

  • Add New: You can add a new set of combined messages.

    Please note, in a set of combined messages, you can set a maximum of 5 contents.

  • Sequential/Random: You can choose whether AUTOS sends the combined messages in order or randomly.
  • Trash Bin Icon: The trash bin icon on the right can be used to delete the combined message.
  • : Left-click to choose either to Add text/images/files or to Execute delete.

Set Up Media Library

You can set up multiple sets of text and image messages in AUTOS. After clicking on the Media Library page, you can add messages and images.

  • Add Message: You can add the text messages that AUTOS will send. You can input Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean, special symbols, etc.
  • Add Image: You can add the image messages or files that AUTOS will send.
  • Trash Bin Icon: The trash bin icon on the right can be used to delete the text or image messages.

Set Up Combined Messages

You can use AUTOS to send various combinations of content. First, set up the media library, then click on the Auto Bulk Sending page and click Add to set up combined messages.

Please note, in a set of combined messages, you can set a maximum of 5 contents.


Send Combined Messages

AUTOS can be set to send the combined messages. Click the check box on the left of the combined message to select whether you want to send it. Select Sequential at the top to send the selected combined messages in order, or select Random to send them randomly.


Delete Combined Messages

You can delete the combined messages in AUTOS by clicking the trash bin icon on the right of the combined message.


Execute LINE Message Sending

You can set up AUTOS to send messages using a single account or multiple accounts. Click on Execute LINE Message Sending on the screen. If you want to use a single account, select Current Login Account, or if you want to use multiple accounts, select Multiple Accounts.

  • Current Login Account: You can choose AUTOS to perform the bulk sending for the currently logged-in account.
  • Number of Friends to Send: The number of friends to whom the messages will be sent.
  • Number of Completed Sends: The number of friends who have completed receiving the messages.
  • Multiple Accounts: You can choose AUTOS to perform bulk sending for multiple accounts.
  • Add Account: You can input the account, password, and the number of friends to be added for AUTOS to use in bulk sending.
  • Import Account: You can import the accounts, passwords, and number of friends needed for AUTOS bulk sending.
  • Clear Accounts: You can delete all the accounts that have been added.

Multiple Accounts Sending

If you want to use multiple accounts for sending, first add multiple accounts. AUTOS will automatically switch accounts to perform bulk sending.


LINE Interface Testing

You can test the positions of each button in the LINE interface in AUTOS' LINE Interface Testing section.

  • "Friends" Tab: Test the position of the friends tab.
  • "Settings" Tab: Test the position of the settings tab.
  • Settings Menu "Logout": Test the position of the logout button.
  • Settings Menu "Settings": Test the position of the settings button.
  • "Reminder" Tab: Test the position of the reminder menu in the settings.
  • Input Field "Email or Phone": Test the position of the email or phone field in the login screen.
  • Input Field "Password": Test the position of the password field in the login screen.
  • Button "Login": Test the position of the login button in the login screen.
  • [Friends] Collapse Chat Window: Test if the chat window can be collapsed correctly.
  • [Settings] Cancel [Use Popup]: Test if the "Use Popup" option can be cancelled correctly.
  • [Friends] Collapse/Expand Friends Window: Test if the friends window can be collapsed or expanded correctly.
  • Chat Window Attach Files: Test if file images in the chat window display correctly.
  • First-time Chat Partner: Test if the image assets when opening a chat with a new friend are correct.

Sending Settings

You can adjust waiting times, sending times, disturbance mode, message sending methods, schedule activation, and switching LINE accounts in the Sending Settings of AUTOS to optimize message sending efficiency.

  • Wait n Seconds After Sending Each Message: The waiting time after sending each message.
  • Wait n Minutes After Sending n People: After sending a certain number of people, the waiting time becomes n minutes.
  • Wait n Seconds After Clicking an Account: The waiting time after clicking an account.
  • Send Message: Wait n Seconds After Sending Before Next Step: The waiting time after sending a message before proceeding to the next step.
  • Send Image: Wait n Seconds After Sending Before Next Step: The waiting time after sending an image before proceeding to the next step.
  • Send File: Wait n Milliseconds for Each 1M Byte Before Next Step: The waiting time after sending each 1M Byte of a file before proceeding to the next step.
  • Enable Disturbance Mode, Stop Sending from m to n: Stop sending messages within this time range.
  • Message Sending Method: You can choose whether to collapse or expand the chat window when sending messages.
  • Schedule Activation: You can set which days of the week to activate multiple account sending.
  • Wait n Seconds After Logging in Account Before Continuing: The waiting time after logging into an account before continuing operations.
  • Restart LINE Before Logging in Account: Whether to restart LINE before logging in.
  • Wait n Seconds After Closing LINE Before Restarting: The waiting time after closing LINE before restarting.
  • Wait n Seconds After Opening LINE Before Proceeding: The waiting time after opening LINE before continuing operations.
  • Clear LINE Cache Before Logging into Account: Whether to clear LINE's cache before logging into an account.
  • Restart PPPoE Before Logging into LINE: Whether to restart PPPoE before logging into LINE.
  • Language Selection: You can set the language for the AUTOS program.
  • Click User Before Sending Message: Whether to click the user once before sending a message.
  • Close Chat Window After Opening LINE: Whether to close the chat window after opening LINE.
  • Cancel Popup Window After Opening LINE: Whether to cancel the popup window after opening LINE.
  • Restore Default Values: Restore AUTOS' settings to the default values.

Waiting Time

Configure the waiting time for each message to be sent. It is recommended to set this based on computer performance and internet speed. If execution is unstable, extend the waiting interval to ensure smooth operation.

Wait n Seconds After Sending Each Message

The interval waiting time between sending each message. The default value is 5 seconds.

Wait n Minutes After Sending n People

After sending a certain number of friends, the program will wait a set number of minutes before continuing. The default value is 20 friends, and the waiting time is 1 minute.


Sending Time

Set the waiting time for sending text messages, images, and files. Adjust based on device performance and network conditions. If abnormalities occur, extend the sending interval to ensure stable operation.

Wait n Seconds After Clicking an Account

The waiting time after clicking an account. The default value is 3 seconds.

Send Message: Wait n Seconds After Sending Before Next Step

The waiting time after sending a message before proceeding to the next step. The default value is 5 seconds. Adjust based on your computer's performance and internet speed.

Send Image: Wait n Seconds After Sending Before Next Step

The waiting time after sending an image before proceeding to the next step. The default value is 5 seconds. Adjust based on your computer's performance and internet speed.

Send File: Wait n Milliseconds for Each 1M Byte Before Next Step

The waiting time after sending each 1M Byte of a file. The default value is 3000 milliseconds. Adjust based on your computer's performance and internet speed.


Disturbance Mode

Set the Disturbance Time interval during which message sending will be paused to avoid interference.

Enable Disturbance Mode, Stop Sending from ○○:○○ to ○○:○○

When disturbance mode is enabled, message sending will stop within the specified time range. The default value is from 22:00 to 08:00 the next day.


Message Sending Method

Set the appropriate message sending method according to the LINE interface to ensure proper operation.

Collapse Chat Window

Check this option to send messages while collapsing the chat window, based on the LINE interface.

Expand Chat Window

Check this option to send messages while expanding the chat window, based on the LINE interface.


Schedule Activation

Use the Time Schedule feature to automatically activate message sending. The system will send messages starting from the first friend in the friend list.

Switch LINE Account

Set the waiting time for account switching operations, clear LINE cache, restart PPPoE, and other related actions to automate the account switching process.

The waiting time after logging into a LINE account. The default value is 60 seconds. Adjust based on your computer's performance and internet speed.

Restart LINE Before Logging in Account

The program will start the LINE program before logging into an account.

Wait n Seconds After Closing LINE Before Restarting

The waiting time after closing LINE before restarting. The default value is 60 seconds. Adjust based on your computer's performance and internet speed.

Wait n Seconds After Opening LINE Before Proceeding

The waiting time after opening LINE before continuing operations. The default value is 30 seconds. Adjust based on your computer's performance and internet speed.

Clear LINE Cache Before Logging into Account

Enable this feature to clear LINE's cache before logging into an account.

Restart PPPoE Before Logging into LINE

Enable this feature to restart PPPoE before logging into LINE, changing the IP address.

Modify PPPoE Connection Parameters

Set the connection name, account, password, and other information for the PPPoE connection created in Windows.

Wait n Seconds After Disconnection to Open Web Page

Wait for the specified number of seconds after PPPoE disconnection before opening a webpage. The default value is 5 seconds.

Test Connection After Restarting PPPoE

Test the connection after restarting PPPoE with a wait of 15 seconds.

Click User Before Sending Message

Enable this feature to click the user once before sending a message.

Close Chat Window After Opening LINE, Cancel Popup Window Usage

Set account switching operations, clear LINE cache, and restart PPPoE for automation.

Uninstallation Guide

If you wish to remove the AUTOS Marketing Bot, please follow the steps below to complete the uninstallation:

  1. Click the Start menu at the bottom left of your screen.
  2. Find and click the AUTOS folder.
  3. Click Uninstall AUTOS.

Migration and Unregistration Guide

Can the serial number be transferred to another computer?

Yes. You can freely transfer the serial number to another computer. Follow these steps:

  1. On the old computer, open the software and go to the About page.
  2. Click the Unregister and Transfer button to unbind the serial number.
  3. Install the software on the new computer and enter the serial number to complete the re-registration.

Note: After the serial number is transferred, the old computer will no longer be able to use the software.

Registration Activation

If you purchased the AUTOS Professional Edition, you can activate the serial number by following these steps:

  1. Click on the Serial Number at the top of the program, then select Register Activation.
  2. Enter the purchased serial number, and a green check mark will appear on the right once entered correctly.
  3. Click Online Activation to complete the activation.
  4. After successful activation, the system will display your subscription expiration date.

Software Renewal Operation Guide

If you are a Professional Edition user and wish to renew for the next year, please follow these steps:

  1. Click the Renewal Button
    Open the main program and click the Renew button located next to the expiration date. The system will automatically open a browser.

  2. Select the Renewal Duration and Enter Discount Code
    On the webpage, choose the desired renewal duration from the Renew dropdown menu. If you have a coupon, enter the relevant code in the Discount Code field.

  3. Agree to Purchase Terms

Currently, the mobile version is still under development, and there is no dedicated app for mobile devices or tablets. Can the software run on Mac computers?

The Mac version is still under development and has not been officially released yet. If you need to use the marketing automation software, we recommend running the software on a Mac computer by installing a Windows environment (e.g., Boot Camp, Parallels Desktop, or other virtual machine tools).
