First-Time Use

Step 1: Install the Software

  1. Download the Software

  2. Install LINE for Desktop

  3. Install AUTON Software

    • After downloading, unzip and run Setup.exe, following the steps to complete the installation.

Step 2: Set Up the Software

  1. Set Icon Resources

    • On the AUTON homepage, click Icon Settings to set the LINE notebook icon and the image upload button.
  2. Add Text and Photos

    • Enter the text to be sent in the text field and click Save Text.
    • Click Add Photo to upload images.

Step 3: Start Sending

  1. Open LINE

    • In LINE, select the friend to send the message to.
  2. Start Auto Bulk Sending

    • Click the Start (F7) button in AUTON, and the software will automatically begin sending the configured messages.

Step 4: Manage Settings and Files

  1. Switch Notebooks

    • Click Notebook 01 in the upper left corner of the main screen to switch to a different notebook.
  2. Clear or Delete Content

    • Use Delete Text or Clear Photos to remove text from the input box or delete all uploaded images.

Workflow

  1. Open the browser and log in to the LINE account.
  2. Open AUTON.
  3. Enter the text and images for the mass message.
  4. Start sending the mass message.

Installation

Installation Environment Requirements

This software must be installed on a personal computer running the Microsoft Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system.

System Requirements

The software must be installed on a computer with a 64-bit Microsoft Windows 10/11 operating system, and the following configuration is recommended:

  1. Processor: Intel Core i5 or higher
  2. Memory: 16GB RAM or more
  3. Hard Drive Space: At least 500GB SATA III hard drive
  4. Display: 1920x1080 pixel resolution or higher

If you're unsure whether your computer meets these specifications, you can first install the free version for testing. As long as the free version runs smoothly, the professional version will also perform well.

Install LINE for Windows

Install the Software

Once the AUTON software is downloaded, extract the compressed file to begin the installation.

  1. Enter the folder and click on the Setup.exe executable file.
  2. The AUTON installer will launch, click Next to continue.
  3. Choose the installation folder for AUTON, the default is C:\Program Files(x86)\autoN\autoN\, then click Next after selecting the folder.
  4. Confirm the installation and click Next to begin installing the AUTON software.
  5. Once installation is complete, click Close to finish.

Run Program

Click on Start, choose All Programs, and you will find the shortcut for the autoN program under autoN.


Execution Steps

For the first time running AUTON, follow these 4 steps:

  1. Click on Image Settings on the AUTON homepage, then in the LINE main program's notepad, set up the Notepad Icon, Paste Image Icon, and Second Paste Image Icon.
  2. Click on Home Page, enter text in the text field, then click Add Photo to add a photo to the notepad.
  3. Open the desktop version of the LINE main program, click on the first friend to send a message in the LINE friends list.
  4. Click the Start (F7) button at the bottom, and you will see AUTON automatically add to the notepad.

Environmental Settings

Text Application and Item Size

  • For Windows 10 users, please click Start, select Settings, then click System, and set Change the size of text, apps, and other items to 100%.
  • For Windows 11 users, please click Start, select Settings, then click Display under System, and set the Scale to 100%.

Other Applications and Scheduling Settings

To prevent interruptions caused by programs, please turn off Windows background scheduled tasks, such as disk defragmentation, scheduled virus scanning, hardware checks, and automatic updates for Windows or other software.


Add Text

You can use AUTON to enter the text you want to send in the notepad. First, enter the text in the input box. After finishing, click the blue Save Text button to save the text.


Delete Text

You can completely clear the text in the AUTON input box. Click the Delete Text button on the main screen, then click Yes to delete all the text in the input box.


Add Photo

You can use AUTON to select the photo you want to send to a friend. On the AUTON main screen, click Add Photo to add a new photo.


Delete Photo

You can delete the photo you want to send to a friend in AUTON. First, click the photo that has been uploaded to AUTON, then click the x on the top right of the photo. Finally, click Yes to delete the photo.


Clear All Photos

You can clear all photos in AUTON at once. Click Clear Photos on the AUTON homepage, then click Yes to delete all the photos in the notepad.


Switch Notebooks

You can store multiple notebooks in AUTON to send to different friends. Click Notebook 01 in the top left corner of the main screen to switch between different notebooks.


Execution Count

You can set how many friends you want to send the message to through the Execution Count.


Image Settings

Before starting to send, please configure the Notepad Button, First Image Upload Button, and Second Image Upload Button settings.


Settings

You can use the Time Scheduling feature to automatically start sending messages. The system will default to sending in order from the first friend in the friend list.


Language Selection

The software supports Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and English. You can switch languages through the Settings -> Language option.


Uninstallation Guide

If you wish to remove AUTON Marketing Bot, you can follow these steps to complete the uninstallation:

  1. Click on the Start menu at the bottom left of your computer.
  2. Find and click the AUTON folder.
  3. Click on Uninstall AUTON.
  4. In the confirmation window that pops up, click Yes to complete the uninstallation.
