1. Installation and Setup

Installation Steps

1. Download and extract the AGI installation files.
2. Double-click Setup.exe to begin installation, choose the installation path, and click Install.
3. Once installation is complete, click the "Start" button to launch AGI.

2. Basic Operations

Launch AGI

• Click "Start", select the AGI program, and start AGI.

First Operation: Open Web Page

1. Click the "Add" button and select Open URL.
2. Enter the URL you want to open, select the browser (e.g., Edge), and click Save.
3. Click Add again, select Wait Seconds, and set the wait time (e.g., 5 seconds).
4. Click Start (F7), and AGI will automatically open the webpage you set and wait.

3. Command Editing

Create New Command

1. Click the "Add" button and choose a command type (e.g., Open URL, Wait Seconds).
2. Set the command parameters (e.g., URL or wait time) and click Save.

Edit and Delete Commands

• Edit: Click the pencil icon next to the command, modify it, and save.
• Delete: Click the trash can icon to remove the command.

Installation

Installation Environment Requirements

This software must be installed on a personal computer running Microsoft Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating systems.

System Requirements

The software must be installed on a computer running a 64-bit version of Microsoft Windows 10/11, with the following recommended specifications:

1. Processor: Intel Core i5 or higher
2. Memory: 16GB RAM or more
3. Hard Disk Space: At least 500GB SATA III hard drive
4. Display: 1920x1080 pixel resolution or higher

If you are unsure whether your computer meets these specifications, you can first install the free version for testing. If the free version runs smoothly, the professional version will also run smoothly.

Download Software

Install Software

Once the AGI software is downloaded, extract the compressed file to begin the installation.

1. Enter the folder and click the Setup(.exe) executable file.
2. The AGI Installation Wizard will open; select the "Next" button.
3. Choose the AGI installation folder, which is defaulted to C:\Program Files(x86)\AGI\AGI\; after selecting, click "Next."
4. Confirm the installation by selecting "Next" to start installing the AGI software.
5. Once the installation is complete, select "Close" to finish.

Run Program

Click Start, then select All Programs to find the AGI program shortcut under AGI.

Steps to Execute

For first-time use of AGI, follow these 3 steps:

1. In the AGI main program, click the Add button at the top, then click Open URL.
2. In the Open URL window, enter the URL you want to open. The default browser is set to Edge. Then click Save.
3. Continue by clicking the Add button, then click Wait for Seconds.
4. In the wait for seconds window, enter 5, then click Save.
5. Continue by clicking the Add button, then click Close Browser.
6. In the Close Browser window, select Edge, then click Save.
7. Click the Start (F7) button below, and you will see AGI automatically open the specified webpage.

Environment-related Settings

Text Application and Item Size

• For Windows 10 users, click Start, select Settings, then click System. Set the Change the size of text, apps, and other items to 100%.
• For Windows 11 users, click Start, select Settings, then click on Display under System. Set the Scale to 100%.

Other Applications and Scheduling Settings

To avoid program interruptions, please turn off Windows background scheduled tasks, such as disk defragmentation, scheduled virus scans, hardware checks, and automatic updates for Windows or other software.

Add Command

You can use AGI to execute commands as needed. On the homepage of AGI, click Add to add new commands.

• Open Program: Open a specific program on your computer. You can choose the file path by clicking the three dots on the right, select it, and then decide if you want to check the option to maximize the window (note that the maximize window option does not work for browsers). Once set, click Save.
• Open URL: Open a predefined webpage in a specified browser. Currently, Edge, Chrome, and Brave browsers are supported.
• Close Browser: Close the specified browser.
• Close Program: Close a specific window.
• Keyboard Input: You can use the mouse to click and send keyboard commands to AGI. You can input one letter at a time, or use a combination of Ctrl, Shift, Alt with another key, such as Ctrl+C.
• Mouse Operation (Parameter Setting): Set the mouse click at a specified XY coordinate.
• Mouse Operation (Screenshot Setting): Set the mouse click at a specified location on the screen.
• Wait Seconds: Set how long to wait before moving on to the next step.
• Paste Text: You can input text and AGI will paste it at the current cursor position.
• Maximize Current Window: This allows the current window to be maximized.

Open Program

• File Path: Set the executable file path for the program, for example: C:\Program Files\App\App.exe.
• Parameters: Set program execution parameters, refer to the program's execution parameter settings.
• Maximize Window: Set whether to maximize the window upon execution (note that this option does not work for browsers). Once set, click Save.

Open URL

• URL: Set the URL path for the webpage to be opened, for example, https://www.youtube.com.
• Browser: Set the browser to use. The supported browsers are the default browser, Edge, Chrome, and Brave.

Close Browser

• Browser: Set the browser to close. The supported browsers are Edge, Chrome, and Brave.

Close Program

• Window Name: Set the window name for the program you want to close. You can get the window name from the parameter settings.
• Force Close: If enabled, the program will forcefully close the specified window.

Keyboard Input

• Set Keyboard Command: You can use the mouse to click and send a keyboard command to AGI. You can input one letter at a time or combine Ctrl, Shift, and Alt with another key, like Ctrl+C.

Mouse Operation

• Set Screen

  Set the mouse to move or left-click. You can set the coordinates directly via parameter settings or use a screenshot to select the location.

  You can also set the next mouse operation as an offset from the previous coordinate, either by parameter settings or by screenshot.

• Set Window

  Set the mouse to move or left-click. You can set the coordinates directly via parameter settings or use a screenshot to select the location.

Wait Seconds

• Wait Seconds: Set how long to wait before moving on to the next step.

Paste Text

• Paste Text: You can input specified text, and AGI will paste it at the current cursor position.

Current Window

• Set Maximize Current Window: This will maximize the current window.

Edit Command

After adding commands, you can adjust the order, edit, or delete existing commands on the homepage.

• Up/Down Arrows: These allow you to change the order of the command with the previous or next step.
• Pencil Icon: Use this to edit the command.
• Trash Icon: Use this to delete the command.

Clear All Commands

If you've added too many commands and don't want to delete them one by one, AGI can clear all the commands you've set. Click Clear All on the homepage to do so.

Save Command

After adding a series of commands, you may want to save them for use later or on another computer. AGI allows you to export and store commands to any location. To save the commands, click Save on the homepage.

Load Command

AGI can load saved command sets. To load commands, click Load on the homepage and select the zip file.

Please note that if the file is loaded from another computer, make sure that the resolution of both the saving and loading computers are the same!

Parameter Test

If you're unsure about the current window title, window name, or position while adding or editing a command, you can check the current time, mouse coordinates, and window title, name, and range on the parameter test page.

Language Selection

The software supports Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and English. You can switch languages through the Settings -> Language option.

Uninstallation Guide

If you want to remove AGI Marketing Bot, you can follow the steps below to complete the uninstallation:

1. Click on the Start menu at the bottom left corner of your computer.
2. Find and click the AGI folder.
3. Click Uninstall AGI.
4. In the confirmation window that appears, click Yes to complete the uninstallation.

Change IP Address

When conducting online marketing, social media platforms like LINE, Facebook, Instagram, QQ, WhatsApp, WeChat, Telegram, etc., may restrict account features due to detecting unusual activity. In such cases, changing your IP address is one of the effective solutions to reset the restriction and continue with your marketing campaign.

Here are some common methods to change your IP and their pros and cons:

1. Restart (Dial) Your Router

• Principle: Many home and office networks use dynamic IP addresses, which can be changed by restarting the router.
• Steps:
  1. Turn off the router, wait for 1 minute, then turn it back on.
  2. Once the router reconnects, check if the IP has changed.
• Advanced Tips:
  • If the marketing bot software has a built-in feature to restart the router, you can input your internet account information directly into the software and enable this function.
  • If the IP still hasn't changed, contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP) to check if you have a static IP.

2. Use a VPN (Virtual Private Network)

• Principle: A VPN routes your traffic through an encrypted tunnel to a different server, simulating an IP from another location.
• Advantages:
  • A wide range of IPs to choose from.
  • Enhances online privacy and security.
• Considerations:
  • Choose a reliable paid VPN service to avoid slow speeds or security risks associated with free VPNs.

3. Connect to a Mobile Hotspot

• Principle: Use your mobile data sharing feature (hotspot) to switch to a mobile network IP.
• Recommendation:
  • If you need to change the IP, try turning off and restarting your mobile data function.

4. Use a Proxy Server

• Principle: A proxy server hides your real IP and shows the IP provided by the proxy.
• Advantages:
  • Simple and easy to use for quick IP changes.
• Considerations:
  • Free proxy servers may have slow speeds or security risks, so it's recommended to use a paid proxy for better stability.

5. Switch the Connection Method Provided by Your ISP

• Principle: If you have multiple internet connection options (like fiber optic, ADSL, or mobile networks), switching between these connections can also change your IP.

1. Avoid Frequent IP Changes: Changing your IP too often might be flagged by platforms as suspicious behavior, triggering stricter restrictions.
2. Diversify Your Activity: Avoid using a single method repeatedly (such as sending too many messages in a short time) to reduce the risk of triggering the platform's security mechanisms.

The features and installation methods of the Professional and Free versions are identical. You only need to enter a serial number to upgrade to the Professional version. The Free version will display waiting ads, while the Professional version does not. The Free version has a daily usage limit, while the Professional version has no such limitation.

Can the serial number be transferred to another computer?

   Open the main program and click the Renew button next to the expiration date. The system will automatically open your browser.

The Mac version is still under development and has not been officially released. If you need to use the marketing bot software, it is recommended to run the software on a Mac computer by installing a Windows environment (such as Boot Camp, Parallels Desktop, or other virtual machine tools).

What should I do if my software cannot update?

When updates are available, the software will prompt you to install the update when it starts or when no tasks are running. If you are unable to update, please try reinstalling the software by following these steps:

1. Uninstall the marketing bot software.
2. Delete all files in the installation directory.
3. Reinstall the software.

Can I switch between using the software on my home and office computers?

Yes, you can easily transfer the software license to another computer.
